Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned in their original packaging where possible

• Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

• Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalised products created specifically to your requested design, wording, or specifications

• Gift cards (if applicable)

• Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling after delivery

Please note that because personalised and custom products are made specifically for individual customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases on these items. However, if a personalised item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are handled case-by-case.

We may cover return shipping costs if:

• The wrong item was sent
